Pipeline company seeks damages, alleging breach of contract

GRETNA – A pipeline company is seeking damages for breach of contract.

Rigolets Limited Partnership filed a suit Oct. 20 against Plains Pipeline LP and Plains All American Pipeline LP in the 24th Judicial District Court.

According to the claim, the plaintiff granted a pipeline permit to a company in 1970. The suit states that over the years, the company that was granted the permit changed names and owners. The suit explains that the company has not provided the plaintiff with the necessary documentation.

The defendant is accused of breach of contract and duties and declaratory judgment.

Riogolets seels an unspecified amount in damages. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Robert S. Stassi.

The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius E. Regan.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 765788.
