GRETNA – A man claims that he was wrongfully terminated from his position as a paint and coatings inspector.
David Beard filed a suit against Audubon Field Solutions LLC in the 24th Judicial District Court on Sept. 30.
According to the claim, the plaintiff was an employee of the defendant. The suit states that the plaintiff was terminated wrongfully because of his age.
The defendant is accused of wrongful termination.
The plaintiff is seeking an unspecified amount in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Christopher L. Zaunbrecher of Briney Foret Corry in Lafayette.
