NEW ORLEANS – A St. Tammany Parish man alleges his former employer did not pay commissions and bonuses promised to him.
Michael E. Duncan filed a complaint on Oct. 17 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana against PAC Stainless Limited alleging breach of contract.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that the defendant did not reimburse him for moving expenses as promised and also failed to promote him to vice president of sales. The plaintiff holds PAC Stainless Limited responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay amounts it owed to him and failed to live up to its commitments to him. He also seeks declaratory relief that he does not have repay a portion of a moving bonus.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks compensation for monetary damages in an amount to be determined at the trial, attorneys’ fees, costs and all other relief to which he may be equitably entitled.
