Stull, Stull & Brody accused of breaching contract with Lafayette law firm

NEW ORLEANS – A law firm is seeking damages following an alleged breach of contract.

C. Mark Whitehead III, The Whitehead Law Firm LLC and Goforth Lewis & Sanford LLP filed a suit against Stull, Stull & Brody in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on Nov. 2.

According to the claim, the plaintiffs and defendant into an agreement in which each party committed to fulfilling certain duties to represent individuals in a class-action suit. The suit states that the defendant has failed to fulfill its obligations and has breached the agreement made.

The defendant is accused of breach of contract.

The plaintiff is seeking an unspecified amount in damages. The plaintiff is represented by C. Mark Whitehead III of the Whitehead Law Firm in Lafayette.

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Paulette R. Irons.
