GRETNA – A Jefferson Parish individual is accused of defaulting on a credit card account.
Portfolio Recovery Associates LLC filed a suit against Ella Rollins in the 24th Judicial District Court on Nov. 4.
According to the claim, Webbank issued an account to the defendant. The suit states that the defendant failed to make payments of more than $2,000.
The defendant is accused of open account.
The plaintiff is seeking $2,574.09 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch and Randall C. Roth of Couch, Conville & Blitt in New Orleans.
