NEW ORLEANS – A man claims he paid more than $9,000 for flagstone that was never delivered.
Kenneth E. White filed a suit against Timothy G. Bourgeois, individually and doing business as Antique Building Materials LLC, and Renaissance Reclamation in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on Oct. 28.
According to the claim, the plaintiff paid the defendant for flagstone for his home, however the defendant failed to deliver the stone.
The defendant is accused of breach of contract.
The plaintiff is seeking $9,598 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by George Frazier of New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division I Judge Piper D. Griffin.
