NEW ORLEANS – A community college is seeking payment from a former student.
Louisiana Community and Technical College System through Delgado Community College filed a suit against Norma Y. Hendrick in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on Nov. 3.
According to the claim, the plaintiff allowed the defendant to attend for fall 2012. The suit states that the defendant failed to pay off the open account.
The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking $869.40 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Rokeya J. Morris of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division C Judge Sidney H. Cates IV.
