NEW ORLEANS – A community college is seeking damages for an allegedly open account.
Louisiana Community and Technical College System through Delgado Community College filed a suit against Patricia Anna Jones in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on Nov. 3.
According to the claim, the defendant attended for the fall 2012 semester, but failed to pay for attending.
The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking $1,388 in damages. It is represented by Rokeya J. Morris of the Louisiana Department of Justice in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Ethel S. Julien.
