Bank of America seeks payment on credit card account

GRETNA – Bank of America is seeking damages for an allegedly open account.

Bank of America filed a suit against Lucille M. Morse in the 24th Judicial District Court on Nov. 21.

According to the claim, the plaintiff administers a credit card that was received by the defendant. The suit states that the defendant failed to pay off the balance of more than $2,600.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $3,695.59 plus other costs in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch and Randall C. Roth of Couch, Conville & Blitt in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald A. Rowan Jr.
