NEW ORLEANS – A print supply company is seeking damages for an allegedly open account.
City Blue Print & Supply Co. Inc. filed a suit against JE Consulting and Construction LLC in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on Nov. 23.
According to the claim, the defendant has maintained an open account against the plaintiff for more than $2,600.
The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking $2,634.04 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Eugene G. Gouaux Jr. and Eugene G. Gouaux III of Lockport.
The case has been assigned to Division G Judge Robin M. Giarrusso.
