NEW ORLEANS – A Jefferson Parish company is seeking damages for more than $10,000.
Brand Energy Solutions, a division of Brand Energy & Infrastructure Services Inc., filed a suit against Southeast Distributors Inc. in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on Nov. 10.
According to the claim, the plaintiff delivered scaffolding services to the defendant. The suit states that the defendant failed to pay more than $10,000.
The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking $10,413.20 in damages, plus $1,121.32 in interest. The plaintiff is represented by John Dale Powers of Powers, Sellers & Chapoton in Baton Rouge.
The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Tiffany G. Chase.
