Bank alleges Gongoras Exotic Concrete owes on business line of credit

GRETNA – A financial institution alleges a Jefferson Parish business has not paid back a small business line of credit.

Capital One National Association filed a suit against Gongoras Exotic Concrete LLC and Gongora in the 24th Judicial District Court on Dec. 2.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a line of credit to the defendant. The suit states that the defendants failed to pay back more than $52,000 that they owed.

The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.

The plaintiff is seeking $52,916.21 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin, Benjamin G. Lambert, Sarena Y. Gaylor, Remy F. Symons, Elizabeth L. Hyman, Jeremy L. Nusloch and Randall C. Roth of Couch, Conville & Blitt in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle M. Taylor.
