Roto-Rooter Services Co. claims Titan Investments did not pay in full for work

GRETNA – A company alleges it was not paid in full for the excavation and sewer line replacement for a Jefferson Parish business.

Roto-Rooter Services Co. filed a suit against Titan Investments LLC in the 24th Judicial District Court on Dec. 6.

According to the claim, the plaintiff provided excavation services to the defendant in 2015 that were valued at more than $3,000. The suit states that the defendant failed to make payments of more than $2,500.

The defendant is accused of failing to pay the plaintiff for its work.

The plaintiff is seeking $2,649.50 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by John Dale Powers of Powers, Sellers & Chapoton in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Michael P. Mentz.
