NEW ORLEANS – Capital One is seeking damages for an allegedly open account.
Capital One National Association filed a suit against Keith Magruder in the Orleans Parish Civil District Court on Dec. 1.
According to the claim, the plaintiff entered into a business line of credit agreement with the defendant. The suit states that the defendant has failed to repay the plaintiff for more than $50,000.
The defendant is accused of open account against the plaintiff.
The plaintiff is seeking $54,249.63 in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley J. Chauvin and others from Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division G Judge Robin M. Giarrusso.
