Ditech Financial alleges testamentary executor owes on promissory note

GRETNA – A financial company from Jefferson Parish is seeking damages for an unpaid note.

Ditech Financial LLC filed a suit against Rose Henyard Bibbins, individually and as testamentary executor of the succession of Walter J. Bibbins, in the 24th Judicial District Court.

According to the claim, the defendant is the maker of the promissory note. The suit states that the plaintiff is entitled to the full payment of the promissory note from the defendant, but has not been paid.

The defendant is accused of failing to pay off the promissory note.

The plaintiff is seeking an unspecified amount in damages. The plaintiff is represented by Logan Massey of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe. 

The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darensburg.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 767305.
