Company alleges it is owed more than $15 million for work on building complex

NEW ORLEANS – A company seeks more than $15 million for work on a New Orleans building complex.

Roy Anderson Corp. filed a suit Dec. 21 against 225 Baronne Complex LLC in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging failure to make payments.

According to the claim, Roy Anderson Corp. issued a contract to the owner of property at 225 Baronne St., New Orleans. The suit states the plaintiff completed the work on the property and that the owner has failed to make payments of $15,401,300  to the plaintiff.

Roy Anderson seeks seizure of the property and the full amount of $15,401,300, plus court costs. It is represented by attorney Michael S. Blackwell.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge Robin M. Giarrusso.
