GRETNA – Discover Bank is seeking more than $5,000 from a credit card customer.
Discover Bank filed a suit Dec. 14 against Sandy Lajaunie in the 24th Judicial District Court.
According to the claim, Discover Bank issued a credit card to Lajaunie who has used the card to make payments and charges of $5,983.23.
The suit says the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of the credit card.
Discover Bank seeks the $5,983.23, plus interest. It is represented by attorney Blake J. Guidry of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.
The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald A. Rowan Jr.
