Capital One alleges credit card customer owes more than $2,000

GRETNA – Capital One Bank is suing a credit card customer, alleging she owes more than $2,000.

Capital One Bank (USA) NA filed a suit Dec. 28 against Laura L. Lutz in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging failure to pay what she owes.

According to the claim, Lutz is indebted to the Capital One for $2,038.07. The plaintiff alleges WIS International, an employer of the defendant, owes Lutz funds. The plaintiff is asking that that WIS International be made garnishee for the funds that Lutz owes.

Capital One Bank seeks the $2,038.07, plus attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Remy F. Symons of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division A Judge Raymond S. Steib Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 767740.
