Bank of America alleges credit card customer owes more than $10,000

GRETNA – Bank of America is suing a customer, alleging he owes more than $10,000 in an unpaid credit card balance.

Bank of America NA filed a lawsuit Dec. 28 against Leo Paul Purcell in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging open account and failure to pay.

According to the claim, Bank of America issued a credit account to Purcell. The suit states that the defendant failed to pay the balance of the account of $10,523.58.

Bank of American NA seeks the unpaid balance, plus attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Jeremy L. Nusloch of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry G. Sullivan Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 767763.
