Wells Fargo seeks $119,000 for unpaid promissory note

GRETNA – Wells Fargo alleges a customer owes more than $119,000 for an overdue promissory note.

Wells Fargo Bank NA filed a suit Dec. 28 against Davinder Gulati in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging failure to pay.

According to the claim, Wells Fargo issued a promissory note to Gulati for $138,400. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay the full amount and is still indebted to the plaintiff for $119,065.82, plus interest and fees.

Wells Fargo Bank seeks the $119,065.82, plus attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Jason R. Smith of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.

The case has been assigned to Division F Judge Michael P. Mentz.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 767770.
