Financial company seeks more than $7,000 in unpaid loans

GRETNA – A financial company is suing a customer, alleging she owes more than $7,000.

Cach LLC filed a lawsuit against Shana Adams Jan. 3 in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging unpaid fees.

According to the lawsuit, Adams was issued a consumer loan through WebBank, and Cach seeks the collection of $7,059.64 from the defendant.

Cach seeks the $7,059.64 due, plus interest, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Blake Oakes of Federated Law Group LLC in Juno Beach, Florida.

The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen D. Enright Jr.
