Financial company seeks more than $2,000 in tardy credit card payments

GRETNA – A financial company is suing a credit card customer, alleging he owes more than $2,000.

Cach LLC filed a suit against Christopher Rose Jan 3 in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging sums due for credit card expenses.

According to the claim, Rose was issued a credit card from First Bankcard and has become indebted to Cach for $2,386.21. The suit states Rose has failed to pay back what he owes.

Cach seeks the $2,386.21 owed, plus interest, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Blake Oakes of Federated Law Group PLLC of Juno Beach, Florida. 

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry G. Sullivan Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 767847.
