GRETNA – A financial company is suing a customer, alleging she owes more than than $4,000.
Cach LLC filed a lawsuit suit against Elvia Nerval Jan. 3 in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging failure to pay sums due.
According to the claim, Nerval was issued a consumer loan by WebBank. The suit says Nerval became indebted to Cach for $4,501.74 and has failed to pay off the sums due from the loan.
Cach seeks the $4,501.74 due plus interest, attorney fees, court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Blake Oakes of Federated Law Group PLLC in Juno Beach, Florida.
The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle. M. Taylor.
