GRETNA – A financial company is suing a customer, alleging failure to pay off a loan of nearly $6,000.
Cach LLC filed a suit against Lawrence Taylor Jan. 4 in 24th Judicial District Court, alleging failure to pay what is owed.
According to the claim, Taylor was issued a consumer loan from WebBank. The suit states that through the loan, the defendant has become indebted to Cach for $5,974.75.
Cach seeks the sums due plus interest, as well as attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by attorney Blake Oakes of Federated Law Group PLLC in Juno Beach, Florida.
The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darensburg.
