Financial company seeks more than $6,000 in credit card payments

GRETNA – A financial company is suing a customer, alleging he owes nearly $6,200 in credit card payments.

Cach LLC filed a suit against Ennis A. McLaughlin Jan. 3 in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging failure to pay a credit card balance.

According to the claim, Cach issued a credit card to McLaughlin that was used for charges of $6,189.80. The suit states that the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of the card.

Cach seeks the sums due plus interest, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by Blake Oakes of Federated Law Group PLLC in Juno Beach, Florida. 

The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee V. Faulkner Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 767883.
