Financial firm alleges customer failed to pay off more than $5,000 for loan

GRETNA – A financial company is suing a consumer, alleging she owes more than $5,000 for a loan.

Cach LLC filed a suit against Tamica Smith Jan. 5 in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging failure to pay off a loan.

According to the claim, Smith was issued a consumer loan from WebBank and has remained indebted to the plaintiff for $5,168.22.

Cach seeks the sums due, plus interest, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Blake Oakes of Federated Law Group PLLC in Juno Beach, Florida.

The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darensburg.
