NEW ORLEANS – A barge cleaning company in Algiers alleges it was not paid for services it performed on two barges.
Ship Tech Services LLC filed a complaint on Dec. 22 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana against
Barge BIG 950 L and Barge BIG 951 L and Ceres Tank Barge LLC
alleging open account.
