Capital One alleges loan customer owes more than $10,000

GRETNA – Capital One is suing a customer, alleging he owes more than $10,000 for an unpaid loan.

Capital One National Association filed a lawsuit Jan. 9 against Connor Prigmore in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging failure to pay what is owed.

According to the claim, Capital One advanced funds to Prigmore that the defendant agreed to pay off in a timely manner. The suit states Prigmore has failed to uphold his agreement and is still indebted to the plaintiff for $10,381.75.

Capital One National Association seeks the sums due, plus interest and court costs. It is represented by attorney Bradley J. Chauvin of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 768034.
