Capital One alleges credit card customer owes more than $2,000

GRETNA – Capital One Bank is suing a credit card customer, alleging he owes more than $2,000.

Capital One Bank filed a lawsuit suit Jan. 10 against Frankie Outes in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.

According to the claim, Capital One issued a credit card to Outes but the defendant failed to pay off the balance of the card for $2,111.56.

Capital One Banks seeks the sums due, plus interest, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Randall C. Roth of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge E. Adrian Adams.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 768069.
