GRETNA – A Jefferson Parish sheet metal company is suing a Caddo Parish customer, alleging failure to pay more than $14,000.
Sheet Metal Supply LLC filed a lawsuit Jan. 19 against Caddo Sheet Metal LLC in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging failure to pay for services rendered.
According to the claim, Sheet Metal Supply the plaintiff sold sheet metal and other materials to Caddo Sheet Metal in 2016. The suit states the defendant has failed to pay off the balance of $14,350.84
Sheet Metal Supply seeks all owed costs, plus interest attorney fees and all equitable relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorneys Carl A. Butler, Tiffany M. Fleming and Johnathan Brehm of Butler Law Firm LLC in Kenner.
The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darensburg.
