Jefferson Parish company alleges manufacturer owes more than $18,000

GRETNA – A Jefferson Parish company is suing an Ohio manufacturer, alleging failure to pay more than $18,000.

Ruelco Inc filed a lawsuit Jan. 18 against Pride of the Hills Manufacturing Inc. of Holmes County, Ohio, in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging an open account.

According to the claim, Ruelco issued goods and services to Pride of the Hills but the defendant has maintained an open account against the plaintiff and failed to pay $18,341.73

Ruelco seeks the $18,341.73 and all reasonable sums due, attorney fees, court costs and all equitable relief. It is represented by attorneys Daniel A. Ranson and John J. Danna Jr., of Gaudry, Ranson, Higgins & Gremillion LLC in Gretna.

The case has been assigned to Division K Judge Ellen Shirer Kovach.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 768248.
