Bank of America alleges customer owes more than $25,000

GRETNA – Bank of America is suing a customer, alleging he owes more than $25,000.

Bank of America NA filed a suit Jan. 18 against Robert F. Shreve Jr. of Jefferson Parish in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.

According to the claim, Bank of America issued a credit account to Shreve and he has failed to honor the agreement to pay off $25,249.11 in sums due. 

Bank of America seeks all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorneys from Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darensburg.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 768255.
