Discover Bank alleges customer owes more than $4,000

GRETNA – Discover Bank is suing a customer, alleging the defendant owes more than $4,000.

Discover Bank filed a lawsuit Jan. 23 against Albert E. Morris III in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging failing to pay what is owed.

According to the claim, Discover seeks payment of $4,205.03 from Morris and believes the defendant is currently owed money by Premier Source Inc.

The suit says Discover Bank wants Morris be garnished with the owed money.

Discover Bank seeks all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by the attorneys from Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius E. Regan.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 768388.
