Citibank alleges customer owes more than $3,000

GRETNA – Citibank is suing an account customer, alleging she owes more than $3,000.

Citibank NA filed a suit Feb. 7 against Susan M. Saucier in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.

According to the claim, Citibank issued an account to Saucier. The suit states Saucier has failed to pay off the balance accumulated on the account for $3,433.97, plus interest charges.

Citibank NA seeks all sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by the law firm of Zarzaur & Schwartz PC in Birmingham, Alabama.

The case has been assigned to Division D Judge Scott U. Schlegel.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 768877.
