Capital One alleges credit card customer owes more than $2,500

GRETNA – Capital One is suing a credit card customer, alleging failure to pay more than $2,500.

Capital One Bank (USA) NA filed a suit Jan. 23 against Michael Green in 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.

According to the claim, Capital One issued a credit card to Green but he has failed to pay off the balance of the card for $2,500.21. The suit states Green owes the balance on the card, plus interest and fees.

Capital One Bank seeks all sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Remy F. Symons of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division K Judge Ellen Shirer Kovach.
