According to the complaint, the
plaintiff alleges that on Oct. 4, 2011, plaintiff provided the necessary
labor and materials to complete all the work required for the
completion of an Orleans Parish Sheriff Office project. To date, the
plaintiff alleges it has an unpaid claim in the principal amount of
$225,124. The plaintiff holds McDonnel Group LLC, Archer Western
Construction LLC and Travelers Casualty and Surety Co. responsible
because defendants McDonnel and Archer JV allegedly failed and refused
to remit full payment for plaintiff's completed work and defendant
