NEW ORLEANS – An Arizona company is seeking more than $200,000 from a Louisiana resident.
Gaines Gaby Reit LLC filed a lawsuit Feb. 6 against John A. Franco in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging sums due.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff is owed the defendant $230,000. The suit states that the defendant has made no moves to pay off the balance owed.
The defendant is accused of failure to pay off what was owed.
The plaintiff seeks all reasonable damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. The plaintiff is represented by attorney E.B. Dittmer III, Bruce Cranner and Rachael Catalanotto of Talley, Anthony, Hughes & Knight & LLC in Mandeville.
The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Melvin Zeno.
