Property owner alleges tenants failed to keep up with payments

NEW ORLEANS – A property owners association is suing tenants, alleging past due payments.

Eastover Property Owners' Association Inc., filed a lawsuit Feb. 3 against Sabrina S. Pearl, Margaret T. Perkins, Sherece Williams, Rodney Lemon Ministries LLC and Rodney S. Lemon Sr. in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging failure to pay what is owed an an open account.

According to the complaint, the defendants own property in Eastover Subdivision Phase 1 in Orleans Parish and have failed to keep up with payments as agreed to. Each defendant owes a differing amount of sums, the suit says.

Eastover Property Owners' Association Inc., seeks all money owed, damages, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. It is represented by attorney Albert A. Thibodeaux of Davillier Law Group LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division G Judge Robin M. Giarrusso.
