Citibank alleges customer owes more than $20,000

NEW ORLEANS – Citibank is suing a customer, alleging he owes more than $20,000.

Citibank (South Dakota) NA filed a lawsuit Feb. 7 against Robert M. Sivoravong in Orleans Parish Civil District Court, alleging sums due.

According to the complaint, Citibank seeks payment of $20,504.25 from Sivoravong. The suit states the plaintiff has reason to believe the defendant is owed funds or is employed by Dynamic Industries Inc., and holds them as garnishee.

Citibank seeks all sums due, court costs, attorney fees and all appropriate relief. It is represented by attorney Naomi A. Cohen Ivker of Zarzaur & Schwartz PC in Birmingham, Alabama.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Kern A. Reese.
