Bank alleges tree service business owes more than $84,000

GRETNA – A bank is suing a Tangipahoa Parish tree service business, alleging it owes more than $84,000. .

First National Bank USA filed a suit Feb. 9 against TreeCo Tree Service LLC in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging sums due.

According to the claim, First National is the holder of a promissory note for the balance of $95,304.59. The suit states TreeCo had agreed to make payments on the total balance but has failed to do so, leaving a debt of $84,326.69, plus interest and fees.

First National Bank seeks all sums due, attorney fees and all equitable relief. It is is represented by attorney Mark C. Landry of Newman, Mathis, Brady & Spedale in Metairie.

The case has been assigned to Division L Judge Donald A. Rowan Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 768919.
