Funding company alleges customer owes more than $2,000

GRETNA – A funding business is suing a customer, alleging she owes more than $2,000.

Midland Funding LLC filed a suit Feb. 17 against Mary Willson in 24th Judicial District Court, alleging sums due.

According to the claim, Willson became indebted to Midland for the balance of $2,254.46 and has failed to pay off the balance due.

Midland Funding seeks all sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is is represented by attorneys Gregory M. Eaton, J. Marron Monsour and Michael L. Lancaster of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division J Judge Stephen C. Grefer.
