Funding company alleges customer owes more than $3,600

GRETNA – A funding company is suing a credit card customer, alleging he owes more than $3,600.

Midland Funding LLC filed a suit Feb. 17 against Steven Sullivan in 24th Judicial District Court, alleging sums due.

According to the claim, Sullivan became indebted to Midland for the credit card balance of $3,648.96 and has failed to pay off the balance owed.

Midland Funding seeks all sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorneys Gregory M. Eaton, J. Marron Monsour and Michael L. Lancaster of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division P Judge Lee V. Faulkner Jr.
