Loan company alleges mortgage customer owes more than $200,000

GRETNA – A loan company is suing a mortgage customer, alleging he owes more than $200,000. 

Bayview Loan Servicing LLC, filed a suit Feb. 22 against Terry R. Williams, also known as Terry Williams, in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an overdue mortgage.

According to the claim, Bayview Loan is the holder of a promissory note for the balance of $220,899. The suit states Williams was required to make regular payments on the note but has failed to keep up. The lawsuit states Williams still is indebted to the plaintiff for $218,838.20, plus interest and fees.

Bayview Loan Servicing seeks all sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is is represented by attorney Corey J. Giroir of The Law Offices of Herschel C. Adcock Jr. in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn B. Ansardi.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 769327.
