Hydraulics company alleges customer owes more than $120,000

GRETNA – A Lafayette hydraulics company is suing a customer, alleging it owes more than $120,000.

Pneumatic and Hydraulic Company LLC filed suit Feb. 28 against WT Petrotech Inc., in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging an open account.

According to the claim, WT Petrotech became indebted to Pneumatic and Hydraulic for the balance of $121,310.74 after the plaintiff delivered services. Despite amicable demand, WT Petrotech remains indebted to the plaintiff.

Pneumatic and Hydraulic seeks all sums due, attorney fees, court costs and all equitable relief. It is represented by attorneys James D. Bayard and Ross Roubion of Onebane Law Firm in Lafayette.

The case has been assigned to Division H Judge Glenn B. Ansardi.
