ALEXANDRIA A Bossier man alleges he was injured at the Shreveport Library and is seeking photographic evidence of the incident.

David Louis Whitehead filed a complaint on Feb. 21 in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Louisiana against Caddo Parish alleging that the government entity denied his request for photographic evidence to prevail on his claim.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Feb. 22, 2016, he was sitting in a computer terminal at Shreveport Library. As he was leaving, the suit states he walked into an object causing a strained neck injury that required medical treatment. He alleges his claims for compensation have been denied. The plaintiff is seeking photographic evidence that the incident occurred from the defendant.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks a copy of the tape footage of the accident to amend damages herein complained. He is representing himself.
