Funding company alleges loan customer owes more than $9,000

GRETNA – A funding company is suing a loan customer, alleging she owes more than $9,000.

Midland Funding LLC filed a suit Feb. 22 against Kimberly Robinson in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging failure to pay off a loan balance.

According to the claim, Robinson held an outstanding balance on her consumer loan account and is indebted to Midland Funding for the balance of $9,267.21, which she has failed to pay.  

Midland Funding seeks all sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorneys Gregory M. Eaton, J. Marron Monsour and Michael L. Lancaster of Eaton Group Attorneys LLC in Baton Rouge.

The case has been assigned to Division C Judge June Berry Darensburg.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 769361.
