Bank alleges promissory note customer owes more than $54,000

GRETNA – A bank is suing a promissory note customer, alleging she owes more than $54,000.  

PNC Bank National Association filed a suit March 1 against Kathy Ellis Diggs in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging failure to timely pay off a promissory note.  

According to the claim, PNC Bank is the holder of a promissory note that was issued by Diggs. The suit states Diggs still owes the bank a balance of $54,516.74, plus interest.

PNC Bank seeks all sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Logan Massey of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.

The case has been assigned to Division B Judge Cornelius E. Regan.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 769491.
