Bank alleges promissory note customers owe more than $170,000

GRETNA – A bank is suing a couple, alleging they owe more than $170,000.

Wells Fargo Bank NA filed a suit March 6 against Jason B. Horne and Monica Horne, also known as Monica F. Horne, in the 24th Judicial District Court alleging failure to pay off a promissory note.


According to the claim, Wells Fargo the plaintiff is the holder of a promissory note for the balance of $164,800. The suit states that the defendants failed to pay off the balance and are indebted to the plaintiff for $170,363.19, plus interest.

Wells Fargo Bank seeks allsums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Logan Massey of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.

The case has been assigned to Division M Judge Henry G. Sullivan Jr.
