Wells Fargo alleges customer owes more than $115,000

GRETNA – Wells Fargo is suing a promissory note customers, alleging failure to pay more than $115,000.  

Wells Fargo Bank NA filed a suit March 9 against Darin M. Brunet ad Wendy Daigle Brunet, in 24th Judicial District Court, alleging failure to pay the plaintiff.

According to the claim, Wells Fargo is the holder of a promissory note for the balance of $132,600. The suit states the Daigles have failed to pay off the balance of the note and are still indebted to the plaintiff for $115,251.99, plus interest and fees.

Wells Fargo Bank seeks all sums due, attorney fees and court costs. It is represented by attorney Logan Massey of Dean Morris LLC in Monroe.

The case has been assigned to Division O Judge Danyelle M. Taylor.
