Capital One seeks damages for unpaid balance

GRETNA – Capital One is seeking more than $3,000 allegedly owed on a business line of credit.

Capital One National Association filed a suit March 14 against Big EZ Leasing and Trading Inc. and Fuad Hamed, also known as Fwaz Samir Yaysa in the 24th Judicial District Court, alleging a failure to repay a line of credit.

According to the claim, the plaintiff issued a line of credit to the defendant, which was never paid off. The suit states that the defendant failed to pay back the sum owed of $3,772.11.

The plaintiff is seeking all reasonable sums due, attorney fees and court costs. The plaintiff is represented by Bradley Chauvin, Benjamin Lambert, Sarena Gaylor, Remy Symons, Elizabeth Hyman, Jeremy Nusloch, Randall Roth and Blake Guidry of Couch, Conville & Blitt LLC in New Orleans.

The case has been assigned to Division N Judge Stephen Enright Jr.

The 24th Judicial District Court Case number 769915.
